Stride was conceived through the perceived failings of existing walkers. This product assists elderly individuals move around the house with better posture and stability than the current walkers on the market.
This product's upright feature is not shared by the vast majority of the market share of walkers. One of it's biggest strengths is it's simplistic form and function. There are other taller, upright walkers on the market, but they are all weighted down by extra features such as brakes and seats. Many older people are unwilling to try new products that they are unfamiliar with, so I created Stride with the idea that not only would it be functional, but also simplistic, familiar, and unintimidating.
